Cozy Warming Pad & Rack

This warming pad and rack can be used to gently heat CIDEX® Solutions. While Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) does not endorse any particular system to warm CIDEX Solutions, the Cozy Warming Pad is used as an example of a heating system that may be used to gently warm CIDEX Solutions in a basin above their minimum temperatures.

ASP strongly recommends that CIDEX Solutions users develop practices for heating disinfectant solutions in cooperation with their own Industrial Hygiene, Facilities and Risk Management standards. Should a warmer be used with CIDEX Solutions, heat only to meet or to marginally exceed the minimum required temperature.  DO NOT overheat CIDEX Solutions, as overheating may increase vapors of the solution in the work environment. Solution temperature should be regularly monitored when heating CIDEX Solutions.

The Cozy Warming Pad is a low-wattage heated rubber mat that can be used to gently heat CIDEX Solutions:

• Safe, waterproof material
• Consistent warmth and temperature
• Raised metal rack allows for circulation and gentle warming
• *Blue solution tray (shown in image above) NOT included
• Low-wattage and energy-saving; uses just 90 watts
• Plugs into a 110-120 vAC outlet
• Dimensions: 22.25" x 15.25" x 2"
• TUV Listed; safety certified

*NOTE: do not use the warming pad on a countertop or surface that is heat sensitive or the surface may discolor or change shape.
